One other part of dunking, or a different
part, a different kind of dunking, is called the two-handed dunk. Now, when you’re doing
the two-handed dunk, most of the time guys want to come with the two-handed dunk, they
want to come off of two feet. But, like I said, it’s up to you and how you decide, how
you jump, and where you are on the court. If you’re under the basket, you might just
want to come off the vertical, which is a lot harder, come off the vertical two hands,
there you go, tomahawk jam. Or, if you’re coming from outside, you might want to run
in, run in and take off, just like this. Run in, take off, off the right leg, if you’re
right handed, off the left leg if you’re left handed. But you want to come in, raise up
with two hands, make sure that the ball, if you’re just starting out, you want to make
sure you get full extension, so extend your arms, so you can, make sure you get it above
the rim. And then, when it’s above the rim, then you can bring it down. So, take your
time, and you’re probably not going to get it on your first time, and that’s okay, just
keep trying, keep at it, until you get better, and the more you do it, the better you get.
So, there you have it, two-handed dunk.
